Healthy lunch stop today at our fellow 💚🖤💚🖤Golcar United sponsors PREP UK it took me about 20 minutes to decide what I wanted because everything looks so good, But it’s that time again and needs must, time to loose some winter weight 😅😂 I might have to jump on the website and order some bundles, don’t think 1 healthy meal will do the job.

I should of sorted this deal out a little earlier and maybe brokered us a more comfortable start for the Moor boys 😅. However the challenge is now set and this is what you expect playing in the best league in the country, there is no easy games.

Cowcliffe club are looking for a reliable person/s to work various shifts. The two roles can be split or combined but you must be flexible and able to work evenings and weekend shifts for the bar post. The cleaning post will require weekends, during the day midweek and after busy events. We are a friendly community-based club that is member owned and not for profit. The club is very much part of our local community and aims to offer family friendly sports and leisure facilities across all ages.
