Dear Clients!

We would just like to politely remind you all to ensure to pick up your dogs poo when dropping/collecting your doggies from the salon! This has been brought to our attention on multiple occasions recently that clients are not picking up after their dogs, please note this is on CCTV

If for any reason you do not have a poo bag with you, please just ask at our reception as we have plenty of poo bags and we really do not mind you just asking for one. This is really important that we respect the premises and people that work around us!

We have the World Famous Groomer, Isabella J Doblas Jones coming to our Hertfordshire Salon hosting a Seminar & Workshop!
This is a seminar & workshop that is not one to be missed, SPACES ARE VERY LIMITED! ✂️

Here is a bit about herself:
Isabella discovered her passion for grooming at the early age of 13 starting at the deep end helping out at a standard poodle show kennel in the South of England,
At the age of 16 she moved to Spain with her parents and at the age of 17 left home and started grooming at a vet clinic.
When she was 21 she opened her first salon and got her first standard poodle that led her the way into dog shows,
she became a well know show handler specializing in many breeds such as Poodles,Bichons,Scottish terriers,Kerry Blue,Giant Shnauzer, Airdale Terrier,Afgan Hound,and Lhasa apso.
Most of her grooming knowledge was gained at dog shows learning by specialized breeders,
In 1998 attended her first grooming competition and the first EGA competition with only 1 pair of straight scissors a clipper, a brush and a comb, she achieved 2 gold medals and BIS with a standard poodle and an Old English sheepdog! After that attending many competitions winning numerous Gold,silver and bronze medals.

Has traveled the world for 17 years imparting seminars and workshops,teaching groomers in almost every country!
World famous groomer and speaker with more than 40 years of experience and knowledge who has helped shape the grooming into what it is today!

Late posting the results from in Wales🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿

I travelled up to Wales a few weeks ago with Romeo & Alba❤️ First time competing with Alba as she’s still only a baby🥹

Really happy to say that I got 3rd in Gundog Handstrip Open with Alba🥉
No placing with Romeo in Poodle Open🩵

As always so proud of both dogs they were so good for me but especially Alba as she’s never been in that environment before!

Next is MasterGroom this weekend!✂️

Style 2 Rescue 2025🐶🐾💚

A grooming competiton to raise money for chosen Charities like Wheels to Paws, Many Tears, SAWA, Hessa’s Homeless Hounds and more! Some even are looking for homes!

We went to support SAWA - Santorini Animal Welfare Association. As they are abroad their dogs couldn’t come to the competition.

We took 11 dogs up to Coventry to raise money for these fabulous rescues! What a brilliant day it was! One none of us will forget!

I can’t thank my clients enough for letting me take them out for the day!

All dogs were on their best behaviour and came home looking fabulous!

Special shout out to Teddy the Cavachon him and his groomer! They only went and won BEST IN SHOW out of over 80 other dogs!! Teddy has never been in a competition environment before and first time he ever met this groomer! He took it all in his stride and we couldn’t be more proud of him!

Another shout out to Izem & Emilia! We all took our grooming equipment just in case other groomers couldn’t make it! Well, there was two poodles needing to have a groom so the girls decided to give it a go! Both Izem & Emilia’s first time at a live comp on their own! Both of you should be so proud of yourselves because I know I am! Also was Izem’s first time fully sc******ng a poodle! Both dogs looked beautiful!

Thank you to Bridget for being a taxi for the day and Lorna to bringing a few poodles for a groom!

I hope I’ve not forgotten anything!💛
