At Sanderson Vet we believe you should be able to see your own vet 7 days a week, and that we should be open, with access to full records, 100% of the time!

When choosing a vet, we always recommend you use one that is willing to be there 24-7!

💚🫧It’s Mental Health Awareness Week 🫧💚

Mental Health Awareness week was founded by the Mental Health Foundation and their aim is to focus on stigma around mental health, how to prevent it and how it can be alleviated.

Did you know staff in the veterinary industry face higher levels of mental health struggles including stress, anxiety and burnout (and it is one of the highest su***de rates in the country) 💔

We wanted to share the importance of self-care and protecting your mental health.

1/4 of our staff are mental health first aid trained. This means we can make sure all of our staff and clients can access mental health first aid if required.

Working in the veterinary industry is one of the most rewarding things but it doesn’t come without the emotional rollercoaster. We are committed to providing the highest level of care all year round, 24/7, 365 days a year…and we wouldn’t have it any other way.

One thing we do stand by: a little kindness can go a long way.

So in every aspect of your life whether that be towards any member of the Sanderson Vet team, friends or colleagues, please spread kindness 💚
