Hi everyone!

Recently I’ve had a few clients ask me “Freya, why do you take longer than my previous groomer?” And I feel like I need to explain..

I’m not a dog groomer who has one dog in and straight onto the next one. I’m a dog groomer who likes to take their time with their dogs to give them the best possible experience in the salon. Some dogs take longer than others because they get nervous and they need frequent breaks just to have a little run round the salon and have a drink before getting back on the table to start again. Sometimes they just need a cuddle because like people they get overwhelmed too and sometimes they just need to be held (if they are small enough 😂) to calm down. I don’t do my job just for the money or the glory. I do my job because I love it and I love my animals and I want to make sure they feel safe and comfortable in my care ♥️

I’m never going to apologise for doing what’s right for the dogs 🐶
