Posh Paws Policy Update 🐾
I’ve mentioned this before, but going forward it will now be fully implemented:
All new clients will be required to pay a deposit at the time of booking.
If an appointment is cancelled within 24 hours of the booking, or in the case of a no-show, the deposit will not be returned.
