Good morning,

We want to update you and let you know that A56 is currently closed in both directions between Edenfield and Haslingden due to a road traffic collision.

We anticipate that the road will be closed for some time, whilst we make sure the road is safe.

In the meantime, we’d recommend looking for an alternative route and driving carefully, leaving plenty of extra time to get to your destination.

We’ll keep tabs on what’s happening, and we’ll update you here once we know more. As always, thank you for your patience and stay safe if you’re out and about today.

Hi everyone,

I’ve been putting this off for a long time, but with the recent rise in no-shows and last-minute cancellations, I’ve been left with no option but to introduce a new booking policy.

I completely understand that things can come up unexpectedly, but each missed appointment means lost time and income — and as this is my full-time job, it does have a big impact.

From 1st September:
*A £10 deposit will be required for all grooms at the time of booking.
*A 20% deposit will be required for any house visits or house sitting bookings that are 5 days or longer.

All deposits will be deducted from your total on the day of the appointment/final invoice.

*Deposits are non-refundable if the appointment is cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice.

*Same-day cancellations or no-shows will be charged 100% of the service price.

*Exceptional circumstances will be understood.

Our prayers for better weather certainly paid off… maybe a little too much! 🤣🥵

Shorter, shadier, earlier walks for the gang this week.
Even when the sunshine is hiding it’s still very warm & humid so I will be sticking to our usual heatwave schedule to keep everyone safe 💙🐾

Not as many pics this week due to bad weather and phone problems but here are the pics I have managed to get!! 📸📸

We started the week with lots of pavement stomping and lead practice due to Storm Floris but we managed to end the week on a high, back up on the tops zooming around on our favourite hills in Rossendale!

✨ Saturday Grooming Availability ✨

Hi guys,

As I wasn’t able to open on the first Saturday of August and will be away in September, I’ll be opening the groomers on Saturday 30th August instead.

Message me as usual to book in — Saturdays do tend to fill up quickly! ✂️✂️✂️

I’ll then be on holiday until 8th September, and normal scheduling should resume for all services after that 😊
