Hello 👋

We are very nearly there on the admin side of the start up 😁 just a few more things we need to do. All our animals are going to be getting a vet check in the next few weeks (not something that can be done all together 🙈)

The party packs are in progress and looking great! 🤩 my boys and a few of their friends will be trialing these, videos to come 😁

We've extended the range of pets available too! But that's a secret just yet 🤫

We have some events booked over the summer period too, I'll add these as they get closer to the time.

I'm extremely excited about this new venture 🥰 giving children the skills and knowledge they would never get from a classroom fills me with joy!!

Schools nearly out for the weekend 🙌

Thursday evening was spent sorting out the Giant Land Snails 🐌

Giant land snails 🐌 make excellent pets! They are easy to take care of, calm and highly educational. They are quite a Hardy pet and get used to being handled very quickly. They live off a variety of fruit and veg and the best bit.....they love a beer 🍺 🐌😀

Here at valley pet parties we use nature to nurture little minds and the proof of our success is in our children 💙

Hello 👋 welcome to The Valley Pet party page 😀

Valley pet parties has been born from a love of all creatures great and small and a love of education. Being home education parents both myself and Rachel have home educated our children now for 3 years. Its been a beautiful journey and one that has taught us a lot. The biggest thing for me was realising how much my children learnt from my little zoo I have acquired at home 🏡 this got us thinking that we would like to bring our knowledge and expertise to a wider group.

I (gemma) have been involved with animals since before I could walk. I'm my father's daughter and have followed on his love for every animal. My younger years were spent show jumping horses, lambing, cattle farming and hay making. As I grew older I got a taste of smaller animals including rats, rabbits and much more. I then volunteered for a rescue after acquiring a diploma in applied canine science and behaviour. Over the years I have rehomed, rescued and rehabilitated a large number of dogs, as well as keep a few! The current animals I have now are rescues that have somehow found their way to me. 3 years ago my middle child started a love of reptiles, which sparked a fire in me to do my level 3 in herpetology. I also own and run The Valley pet shop with my husband, Rachel and kids!

Rachel is our catering and party idea genius! Rachel is a fully qualified chef and is outstanding at what she does! Rachel can provide and cater for all food requirements and is as hands on as me with the animals. Herself owning a number of unique animals over the years!

SO WE BRING TO YOU VALLEY PET PARTIES! 🎉
Providing education parties with live animal visits and handling, educational workshops, therapy hours, unique events and much more.
Full price lists will be added ASAP.
(We are just awaiting license and enhanced DBS checks to come through then we can officially start taking deposits. This should be within the next 2/3 weeks)
