Hi everyone just a polite notice. We require 48hrs notice for any cancellations or you will still be charged. We do have signs up for this and it is on the registration forms you have all filled in and signed. It is also on the info we send everyone when you first enquire. We hope you all understand as we are a small business and staff accordingly. We have had 7 dogs cancel this week, just to give you an insight of how this affects us as a small business if we didn’t have this rule in place. Thankyou as always for your understanding. Xx
