She can help you understand your pet’s quality of life, discuss pain management and comfort, answer any questions you may have, and support you every step of the way—without pressure—giving you the confidence to make the decision that’s right for your pet and your family.
One of the many things families appreciate about Hayley’s service is her clear and compassionate approach. She doesn’t charge extra for palliative care advice, or the time she spends supporting families through such a difficult decision. There are also no additional charges for same-day appointments or evening visits meaning you won’t be faced with unexpected costs when you need support the most.
On a personal note, we can honestly say that Hayley is one of the loveliest, kindest and most genuine people we have ever had the privilege of meeting. As a local vet with a young family herself, she truly understands the bond people share with their pets and treats every family with empathy, warmth and respect.
