What a day at the Ward Jackson Bark event in support of Alice House Hospice 🐾❤️

It was soo wonderful to see so many amazing dogs all in one place while helping to raise money for such an incredible cause. We absolutely loved catching up with so many of our lovely customers there & meeting some other fabulous local businesses, it’s always great seeing the community come together for such a great purpose 🥰

Firstly, we’d like to apologise for being a little quiet on our grooming page recently. We’ve been incredibly busy doing what we love most – pampering all of your beautiful dogs! 🐶✨

We honestly can’t thank you enough for your continued support, loyalty, and trust in us. It means the world to our small business, and we love welcoming each and every one of your gorgeous pups through our doors.

We’ve got some exciting news to share... 🎉

We are delighted to announce that we are now opening on Fridays! 🐾

These appointments will be limited and are expected to fill up quickly, as we know Friday slots work perfectly for many customers' busy schedules. We always want to be as flexible and accommodating as possible, so we’re thrilled to be able to offer this extra availability.

We also have a few additional appointments that have become available for next week. If you're looking to book one of those spaces, or if you'd like to secure one of our new Friday appointments, please send us a message or give us a call on 07741 918610. 📞

Please do not transfer any money across to any old details you may have saved for us as payment!!

We cannot access our old bank account, the bank account was closed upon the opening of our new business account. We have zero access to this and any money sent over we are not responsible for - we the bank account no longer exists and you will have to chase up any payments to this account from your bank. We would hate anyone to be losing their money & unfortunately we still require payment for our services.

We are primarily CASH ONLY however We do have NEW bank details that we are able to accept bank transfers into if needed. However, these MUST be done in the salon with one of our staff members as we simply do not have time to be chasing up payments, thanks so much for your cooperation!!
