We passionately believe that every pet deserves a loving forever home. Over the years, we are proud to have worked alongside rescue, and rehoming organisations across the country who strive to help pets in need find their forever loving homes. In 2021, we broadened our objectives, allowing us to support charities that work alongside pets and the people who love them. We will strive to work alongsi

de like-minded partners to help those people who benefit either through the addition of a pet or through time spent with them.

We've got an update on a grant we awarded to the The Hugs Foundation, way back in the day!

In 2019, we gave the charity £20,000 towards a horsebox and boy, has it been put to good use and has an ongoing impact🐴

The rescue said, "We have had 154 equines rehomed since the arrival of our horsebox. All of them have been successfully transported to their new homes in our own box by staff and volunteers. This means we can be physically part of their journey to their new home, offering that support from a familiar face and ensuring the home meets our strict rehoming requirements on delivery. We have had to use the horsebox in emergency situations to quickly take our rescues to veterinary hospitals for life-saving treatment."

The horsebox has allowed them to "facilitate education-based outings to schools, colleges and universities to talk about the incredible work our charity does, but also to advocate for better equine and animal welfare by educating the next generation."

And they attend care and residential homes with some of their well-being ponies. The horsebox allows them to safely transport and attend these visits which spread joy, happiness and a chance to relive memories of Cornwall and horses for the residents.

For , we want to shine the spotlight on giveadogabone.net 🔍

Part of its mission is to bring animals and the over-60s together to tackle loneliness and social isolation through its Companionship and Community Spaces service.

We're proud to support their efforts with a £90,000 grant, spread over three years, towards the staffing costs across several sites.

In the final year of funding, they've reported an increase in the number of people they've been able to help, and from their recent impact survey, 100% of of the beneficiaries reported that the Community Space improved their wellbeing 👏

The charity shared on Facebook, "As we come to the end of our 3-year grant period with the Pets Foundation, we'd like to take this opportunity to say how important their support has been over the years. The Pets Foundation has played a vital role in allowing us to provide safe spaces where older adults can spend time with animals. We are entirely grateful and thankful for your support over the past 3 years."

Cute cat alert and update from Coventry Cat Group 😻

The rescue said, "We were very grateful to receive a grant from the Pets Foundation in March 2024. The £2,000 received toward vet bills has helped us spay 8 female kittens, 10 female adults, 12 male kittens and 10 male adults."

Solomon, Tabitha, Saphira and Baby Bandit are just some of the sweet cats helped by the funds 🙌

We're thrilled to report the impact of a £25,350 grant we awarded to Dogs First Animal Rescue, based in Northumberland, for a new van!

Amazingly it has helped over 100 doggos so far, like Zach, as they wait for their new homes.

When 12-week-old Zach came into their care, it was apparent he was deaf.

They began visual training with him, and he was quick to learn. He travelled everywhere with them for socialisation and now has an amazing home 🙌
