Fireworks can be scary 💔🎆

If your dog gets anxious when the bangs start, you’re not alone. That worried look is something so many of us see every year.

We want to help them feel safe, calm and comforted.

We stock a full range of calming support in both stores - from Dorwest Scullcap & Valerian and Valerian Compound, to calming chews, treats, lick mats, supplements and more. Something for every dog.

Our top tips for fireworks night:
Create a safe, cosy den with their favourite blanket
Close curtains & put TV / music on to muffle the noise
Stay calm and let them have extra cuddles if they want them
Start calming support early - don’t wait for the first bang

Pop in and chat to our team - we’re always happy to help you find what’s right for your pup.

Today's staff meeting was... interesting 😂🐾

We had three VERY helpful volunteers in store today:

Silver - In charge of quality control (mostly treats) 🦴
Percy - Head of security, checking everyone gets a proper sniff at the door 👀
Jimmy - Customer service expert, specialising in cuddles and demanding attention ❤️

Honestly, we don't know how we managed without them. 10/10 would hire again.

Thanks for popping in to see us doggo’s, you made our day!

Got a helpful hound at home? Bring them in to join the team!

That FACE! 😍 Can we just take a minute for this snoot?!

The classic "have you got a treat for me?" look - and of course we did.

This is why we love having your dogs in store. That big brown-eyed stare is impossible to say no to. 🐾

Pop in with your pup, we're always ready for a treat and a nose boop!
