Phew… January felt like it had 50 days, but we’re still here, tails wagging and pups looking fabulous! ✂️🐶

If your dog’s coat is starting to show signs of winter fluff (or mild chaos 😅), we’ve got some availability in February and would love to get your pup freshened up.

🐶DOGS OUT OF CONTROL IN A PUBLIC PLACE🐶

Sadly I have once again had reports of this in the Handforth area.

Don't make your dog pay the price for your irresponsible actions!!
If you don't have a recall KEEP THEM ON A LEAD!!!

It’s an offence to let a dog be dangerously out of control whether that’s in public or private.

A dog is considered to be out of control if it:

🤕 Injures someone
😨 Makes someone worried that it might injure them

A court could also decide that your dog is dangerously out of control if:

🔹 It attacks someone’s animal
🔹The owner of an animal thinks they could be injured if they tried to stop your dog attacking
their animal

Please note, a farmer is allowed to kill your dog if it’s worrying their livestock.

You can report a dangerous animal using our antisocial behaviour reporting service - answer a few simple questions and we will take you to the relevant online form.

I am back in on Monday, I will catch up with all messages, voicemails and new enquiries.

Block bookings - I have sent out to everyone on my list your 2024 appointments 📔 If you haven’t received yours please let me know.
If you would like to block book your dog appointments on his / her regular schedule please get in touch.

There are still a few appointments available In January if you’d like an appointment please call and leave me a message or send a text.

I will be looking to take on a small amount of new clients this year, small to medium size breeds.

Late cancellations / no shows- with less than 48 hour notice or failure to turn up, will result in 100% cancellations fee.
Cancellation fee is full price of your grooming appointment. Payment will need to be made before the next appointment.

Matted coats will result in a dematting fee which will be discussed on arrival.

Time keeping - please be on time for your appointment. If possible aim to be 5mins early if special requirements needs to be discussed.
Later than 15mins will result in missing your appointment and cancellation fee added

(please note we will do our best to move things around to get you in but some days it might be impossible)
