‼️ ATTENTION ALL PET OWNERS - HEATSTROKE KILLS‼️
With the extreme weather we have been subjected to as of late, we would like to remind all our pet parents to be safe and vigilant when it comes to your fur babies. ☀️ 🐾
🐾 Walk your dogs in the early morning or late evening to avoid peak sun hours.
💦 Make sure plenty of drinking water is always available.
🚗 NEVER leave your pet alone in a car – even with the windows open.
☂️ Provide plenty of shade.
🥶 Use cooling products such as mats, bandanas and vests.
🚿 Allow your dogs to play with pet sprinklers, paddling pools and cooling toys.
☀️ Apply pet-safe suncream to the vulnerable/ sensitive areas (nose, ear tips, tummy).
⚠️ If your pet is showing signs of heatstroke such as excessive panting, lethargy, drooling or vomiting please contact your veterinary surgeon for further advice. ⚠️
