Apologies for the late post โ itโs been a busy weekend! ๐
Mark and I managed to squeeze in a 7+ hour round trip to Derby for my sisterโs Ruby Wedding Anniversary. We arrived just in time for the games and tug of war! ๐คฃ
Mark certainly threw himself into the festivities, racing up the racecourse with his right leg strapped to the local mechanicโs left leg! Meanwhile, I was running around balancing a beanbag on my head! ๐คฆโโ๏ธ๐ Ah, family gatherings! ๐
It was lovely to catch up with everyone, although the time flew by and before we knew it, we were heading back home so Lorraine and Syd could get away at a reasonable time.
This was actually the very first time Mark and I have attended a family occasion together while the kennels have remained open. We genuinely canโt thank our staff enough for making that possible. It means a lot to know we have two people we completely trust to look after things here just as we would ourselves, and most importantly, that all of our dogs are happy, relaxed and receiving the very best care. ๐
