Happy 3rd Birthday to us at Splash Doggy!!!

I can't believe its is 3 years today since we opened our doors (well - back then it was temporarily our garden 🤣) and started welcoming dogs and their pawrents to the pool.

It has been an amazing journey so far, and we just want to say a massive thank you to everyone who has supported us over that time, it means so much to us, and we just love seeing the dogs so excited to come for a swim 😍.

Here are the pups that came today and helped to celebrate our 3 year anniversary ❤️

🥳🥳 Swim with Madi - May winner video 🥳🥳

Apologies for the late draw, my phone has been playing up, we also had a week off (on which we worked even harder than normal 🤣) and it's been so hot that Victor couldn't be bothered to do the draw 🥵

So...... a little later than normal, here is the winner draw video from May!! I was talking quickly to avoid my phone shutting down halfway through, so I hope you can understand the lingo 🤣

Dove Cottage Day Hospice are holding a fun dog show to help raise funds for the hospice.
Unfortunately we can't attend as we are working at the pool all day, but we hope everyone has lots of fun and the event is a success!

🔦🔦🔦 Spotlight on.........EMBER!!!! 🔦🔦🔦

Meet the lovely Ember 😍

She first came to swim when she was 4 months old. It was her first swim, she needed a life vest and she was a bit Splashy 💦💦

She came for a swim today. She is now 7 months old and she can swim without her life vest for the whole session - she is like a little otter 😊

She absolutely loves swimming, which is great because she was born with only 3 toes on her front paws (but still has 4 claws! See the pic) Not that you would know - she is a typical zoomy, full of life Spaniel 🥰

Swimming helps strengthen her toes so it is great exercise for her.
She likes a little snooze on the sofa after a swim 😊💤 ....I like her style ❤️

I can't believe its been almost 3 years since we opened Splash Doggy, and as the canine first aid course is valid for 3 years, it's now time to have a refresh and do it all again!! The welfare and safety of all our customers (2 & 4 legged) is of the utmost importance to us, so I will be attending this course on Sunday 29th June in Grantham.

There are currently some spaces left on this course. If you are a professional working with dogs or you would just like to have more confidence to deal with your own pet dogs, why not check out the information to see if this would be of benefit to you.
