I introduced Maverick to meditation today, I think it's safe to say that he felt the effects, and he wasn't the only one 😄

It still takes a while, but Steel is also now able to relax in the cafe 😀

Some of you will know Vega. Today was his first session in a local cafe. After a couple of growls and just one lunge when he was spooked, he settled very nicely and was able to relax. A big thank you to the staff at Wepre park cafe for their patience and understanding.

Steel isn't the only one making fantastic progress lately. Vega came across quite a few dogs today with minimal stress, and we even stopped for a chat with a very nice man and his elderly Jack Russell.
