🐾 An Important Update from Fluff n Puff 🐾

We wanted to let all of our lovely customers know about a change to our grooming services from 5th January 2027.

From this date, we will be specialising exclusively in de-shedding treatments. This means we’ll be focusing all of our time and expertise on helping your pets feel fresh, comfortable and shedding less around the home. 🐶🐱✨

If your pet currently requires clipping, please don’t worry! All of our existing clipping customers will remain on our books and we will continue to look after you. However, from 5th January 2027, we will no longer be accepting any new clipping customers.

We’re incredibly grateful for all of your continued support and for trusting us with your furry family members. ❤️

Thank you for understanding and supporting this new direction for our business. We can’t wait to continue providing the best possible de-shedding treatments for your pets! 🐾

Love,
Fluff n Puff 🫶🏻

A little change going forward 🤍

Due to an increase in no-shows, I’ll now be taking a deposit for all future bookings.

I completely understand that plans can change, and deposits will be handled fairly in line with my cancellation/rescheduling policy. However, when an appointment is missed without notice, that time could have been offered to someone else — and unfortunately, repeated no-shows have a real impact on my business.

The deposit simply secures your appointment and will be deducted from the final appointment cost.

Thank you so much for understanding and respecting my time and small business. 🤍

I truly appreciate every booking and everyone who supports me! ✨

A big welcome back to Von! 🐾🖤

This gorgeous German Shepherd puppy came into the salon for his second deshed with us, and he’s doing so well with every visit! 🛁✨

Regular deshedding sessions help remove loose undercoat, keep the coat healthy, and get puppies used to the grooming process from a young age. Von was such a good boy, and we loved having him back in the salon.

We can’t wait to watch him grow and see him again for his next pamper! 💙🐶

Look at the difference from his first visit! 😍

Fatboy the bully stopped by the salon today for a dry deshed, and what a difference! 🛁✨

This handsome boy left with a healthier coat, less loose fur, and feeling fresh and comfortable. Deshedding treatments are perfect for keeping shedding under control while promoting healthy skin and coat.

Such a gentle giant and an absolute pleasure to groom! Thanks for visiting us, Fatboy—we can’t wait to see you again! 🐾💙
