We are part of Nine Mile Veterinary Group🐶🐱🐰 We pride ourselves on offering exceptional standard of care to your pets.

We have facilities on site to carry out blood tests, urinalysis, microscopy, X-Ray, ultrasound and routine surgical procedures. We are also supported by our main hospital which offers MRI scans, orthopaedic and soft issue surgery, endoscopy and 24/7 care to any of our patients that need to stay overnight. We have our own dedicated pet transport service which takes your pets to our hospital if they

need overnight care. Most importantly, we are here for your pets and they will always be our number one priority!

As we come to the end of veterinary Nurse Awareness Month we just wanted to show our appreciation for our amazing nursing team! 🩺🐾
Many of you will already know Ash, Connie, Mel and Honey — our incredible veterinary nurses who help keep the practice running smoothly every single day.
From preparing your pets and surgical equipment, to carefully monitoring anaesthetics during procedures and providing plenty of cuddles during recovery, our nurses are there every step of the way. They also carry out 6-month health checks, helping to support your pets through every stage of life.
Our nurses perform important lab tests, including blood and urine analysis, and if your pet ever needs to stay in hospital, they are the dedicated team providing care, comfort and medication to help them recover and get back home safely.
We truly don’t know what we’d do without them. We are so grateful for their skill, compassion and commitment to your pets and our patients every day. 💚

STAR PATIENT OF THE MONTH🐶🌟
Introducing Dora🐾

Poor Dora was impaled on a stick while out for a walk with her family. It all happened very quickly but her owners acted very fast. She went to see out of hours, they rushed her into surgery and stitched her up and placed a drain to help prevent any fluid build up in her wound. Dora came to see us to have her bandages changed every other day, she handled her bandage changes like a pro, giving us lots of love afterwards. She is finally on the mend and has been signed off by our vet’s officially and can go back to just being adorable Dora (with less trauma).

Bella was in for her neutering. This included having her ovaries and uterus removed. This procedure is done to help prevent any unwanted pregnancies, ovarian and uterine diseases, reduces the risk of mammary tumour development, and helps with undesirable behavior in regards to seasons. She was super brave for her procedure and went home looking very pretty in her suit, the medical pet shirts and buster collars help prevent our patients from interfering with their wound healing🐾🐱🩺
