Fleet Carnival Dog Show bookings are live! £2 per class and lots of amazing prizes to be won. Rosettes to 6th place too. Fleet Carnival is only a month away and it brings it with it the amazing Carnival Dog show. We are very proud to be able to run this event each year and 2025 will be another awesome year. We have some great stalls supporting the event and some more great classes.
Bookings are now live (link below) and class places are limited so please book in early. Once you have booked your classes then please phone and pay for them by calling your local Ashworth branch. Cant wait to see you all there. 🥰🥳🤩

We have had a Light tan coloured Staffordshire bull terrier brought in to our Fleet surgery. He was found in Carthona Drive and whilst he does have a microchip, it is unregistered. He is wearing a blue fabric collar. The dog warden will be called but please phone our Fleet branch on 01252 616136 if you think this dog may be yours. Photo id or the chip number will be needed to reunite.

Our amazing team of receptionists starts with our Fleet ladies.
Christine, Lesley, Mel, Kate, Vicky and Lyndsey have all been with us for many years with Lesley our newest team member. Although Lyndsey is not in our photos, she is our longest serving receptionist at fleet clocking up 15 years this September! A fantastic achievement. We love you all ladies! 🥰🤩🥳

Today starts the celebration of Veterinary receptionist week. We have an amazing group of colleagues at Ashworth Vets and our receptionists make up a vital part of that team. We have 15 members of our 'blue' squad across our 3 sites and they all work super hard to deliver an amazing service to our clients and support to our nurses and vets. Tomorrow will be a busy day after the long weekend so please be kind to our reception team as no doubt the first few hours will be very busy. We always keep plenty of appointments free after long weekends so will have spaces throughout the day and an amazing team of nurses on hand for triage if needed. 🥰🤩🥳

Happy Easter everyone! We hope you are all having a wonderful long weekend and managing to enjoy some sunshine.
These 3 have all been to see us over the last couple of weeks and we cannot believe the size difference! Bohdi, Gus and Mya were all super stars on visiting the branches. We are very proud to announce that Ashworth Vets is now able to offer Laparoscopic spays. We are very proud that our first 4 dogs had their operations on Monday and Tuesday and the feedback so far has been amazing.
Phoebe & Shilah had their procedures on Monday and Mandy and Lily on Tuesday. We will be uploading a video of Phoebe shortly of how she was doing 24hrs post her lap spay.
Laparoscopic spay's will now be available at our Fleet surgery and there will be a surcharge added to the 'open spay' cost, if you decide to choose this option. For more information then please call one of our branches and speak to the team.
There are so many benefits to this type of spay and we feel very privileged to be able to offer this service at Ashworth's 🥰😍

How is your pets smile? How do their teeth look? Smelly breath?
Dental treatment can be a vital part of maintaining your pets health especially as we know that a badly infected and sore mouth can be extremely uncomfortable and have effects on some internal organ functions. Most pets wont show dental pain and will keep eating regardless or may favour one side of their mouth.
😍To help manage costs for clients, we are introducing fixed price dentals at Ashworth's. We want to try and be more transparent with dental costs and encourage owners to develop good dental care at home too. If your pet has been recommended a dental then please talk to us about the new prices.
🤩 Free nurse dental clinics are back - every pet attending will receive a goodie bag full of freebies and information to encourage home dental care.
🥳Health care plan members! Don't forget you will receive 10% off any dental treatment required too.
**Plans are for 12 months but can be signed up on the day of an op if required.
