📢 DELIVERY UPDATE

Unfortunately, our promised live food and live plant delivery will NOT be arriving today as planned. We’re now expecting this delivery to arrive on Tuesday.

After receiving some rather lacklustre information regarding the delivery, we’ve actually taken the time to drive over to Alton ourselves to try and get some answers. Unfortunately, we’ve now discovered that the logistics partner, APC, don’t actually open on a Saturday despite offering Saturday services. This leaves us unable to get the answers or assistance we needed.

We know many of you have been waiting for this delivery, and we’re just as disappointed as you are. 😔

We can only sincerely apologise for the inconvenience and frustration this has caused. We’ll keep you updated and will let you know as soon as the delivery is safely with us on hopefully Tuesday. 🤞
