Beautiful sky on Saturday evening. The photo doesn’t do it justice. We have the most amazing view of the sky here and always take time to appreciate it and be grateful. In other news, Scott and Red clear in the Open Kimblewick Team Chase for 6th, Victor and Edward on the way back from jumping practice, finally put the head collar hooks up and starting to plant the winter hanging baskets.

Few more snaps from our weekend of winter prep. Cutting back and digging out an unmaintained ditch that was blocked and so full of debris it didn’t even resemble a ditch! Now clear and ready to do its job draining water this winter!

Very productive day, despite the 💨! Guttering repaired from a collision with machinery 🙈, first rainwater collection water butt installed (many more to come!), moon looked amazing and Scott and Red looked fab and had a great intermediate round at the Cotswold Team Chase. Now the hanging baskets need a winter refresh….

What awful weather but the field horses are happy with plenty of hay and feed and those coming in are delighted to get in their stables! 🌧️

An epic weekend of winter prep kicked off at 7am with the arrival of 70 tonnes of hardcore

Wednesday night fun re hanging and raising gates so they shut perfectly and can accommodate more hardcore ready for winter. And a bit of angle grinding 💪
