National Food Bank Day on the first Friday in September encourages you to commit to contributing to the cause that believes no pet should go to bed hungry.

Hunger may be as close as your neighbour pets or your co-workers dog in the next cubical. Bare cupboards and a pets empty stomachs look just like your pet and mine behind closed doors

Our work never ends. Today we took in a very loved royal python as his owner is moving away. He is the most spolit snake we have seen for a long time.

He will be up for rehome in a couple of weeks. Let us know if you have any interest.

Yesterday, Steph visited Bright Eye Childcare with some animals while Nicola took some time off to recover from her operation. Definitely looks like all the children enjoyed seeing our animals.

Tomorrow is our summer fair being held at Kenwyn Care Home - Barchester Healthcare in Truro. Come along and support the work the care home does and support the pet foodbank at the same time.

Lots to see and do. Pop in for tea and cake.

Exciting times ahead for our reopening. We have scaffolding erected and just waiting on the roofers to start. Once the roof is completed we just have to wait for the electricians to do their magic bit so we have electricity and lights back working.

We will be opening soon as its all completed!

We had great fun at the dog photography day at Falmouth Court Care Home - Barchester Healthcare this week. Lots of lovely dogs came and met the residents, had their photos taken and got lovely treat bags. We raised £143 for the pet foodbank. Thank you everyone!

Thank you to Kenwyn Care Home - Barchester Healthcare for their gift to Chip for International Dog Day to say thank you for the work he gives at the care home. He loves it!
