Please note the important arrival day information below prior to bringing your cat[s] to board with us at Airth Cattery:
🐾 Before leaving home, do not feed your cat[s] in the morning prior to setting off. This significantly decreases the likelihood of them suffering travel sickness.
🐾 Please make sure that your cat[s] travels in his/her own carrier. Under no circumstances should two cats share a single carrier.
🐾 Before setting off, make sure that your cat carrier[s] are not defective in any way. Check all zips, locks and latches are in working order prior to placing your cats inside.
🐾Do not, under any circumstances, open your cat carrier during the journey.
🐾 Upon arriving at the Cattery, it is a good idea to double check the carrier to make sure that no latches or zips have come loose during the journey from your home.
🐾 During check-in our staff will meet you in our reception area, perform their own safety checks and will es**rt your cat[s] to their allocated and pre-prepared boarding pen, where food and water will be provided straight away.
🐾 Please remember to bring along your cat[s] vaccination certificates/booklets as you will be asked to provide this prior to your cat[s] being admitted for boarding.
🐾 During working hours, only our staff are permitted in our boarding areas. This also allows for your cats to settle into their boarding routine much easier and allows our staff to maximise their time spent on the task of making the boarding environment the most relaxed it possibly can be for all of our boarders.
