🎄FESTIVE OPENING HOURS🎄

We close for Christmas on the 24th of December at 3pm and reopen on the 27th at 8.30am. *PLEASE NOTE - medication/food orders for over Christmas, will need to be made no later than 4pm on Friday the 20th*

We then close for New Year on the 31st of December at 3pm and reopen on the 3rd of January at 8.30am. *PLEASE NOTE - medication/food orders for over the New Year, will need to be made no later than 4pm on Friday the 27th*

All medication and food due to be collected on Christmas Eve and Hogmanay, will need to be collected by 2.30pm on these dates.

Our out of hours service will be run from Broadleys Veterinary Hospital in Stirling. Just phone the normal practice number and the answering machine will inform you of the number to call.

Remy is looking for a home!
It’s been an over a week since this wee guy was handed into us. Unfortunately no one has enquired about him 🙁.
Lyns small animal rehoming very generously gave Jennifer a loan of a small cage to temporarily keep him in.
He will require a proper rat cage in his new home (which Jennifer has no space in her house for) as rats love to climb and explore. He is friendly but needs time getting used to being handled.
Please contact us if you would like to offer wee Remy a home.

We have unfortunately had a deceased male black and white cat handed into the practice. The contact details registered to his chip are not up to date so we have been unable to contact the owner. If you think this may be your cat please get in touch. We have the owner and cats name via microchip.

Had this wee one handed into the surgery today. Found in a shed. Seems friendly, very wriggly so we have only had a limited view and think it’s a boy. Anyone missing a rat? If no owner comes forward we will be looking for a new home.

OWNER HAS BEEN FOUND

FOUND CAT 🐱

This elderly girl was brought in as an emergency last night. Found by a member of the public on the road in Slamannan (she has not been hit by a car). Is wearing a collar but no microchip or id tag.
She is currently receiving treatment, if you think this is your wee girl please contact us asap on 01324 570501.

Unfortunately we have had a deceased cat handed in by a member of the public. The wee one has been hit by a car. Found on the road heading up to the hospital.

No microchip was found. He looks like a chocolate point ragdoll type and was not neutered.

Had this lovely girl in to check for a chip as she was out for a wander on her own. Unfortunately her chip isn’t registered to her current owners. If you can get in touch, 01324 570501 if you are missing her!

UPDATE - Owner has been found! Thank you to all who shared the post!

FOUND - SKINFLATS area, Falkirk

We had a male neutered tabby and white cat brought in to us last night. It is believed he was involved in a road traffic accident and we are keen to find his owners asap. He is not microchipped.

He is currently in a stable condition but will need further investigations and treatment in the coming days.

We would also be very grateful for post shares as the majority of our client base is in the Stirlingshire and surrounding area. Someone missing a cat from Skinflats may not think to contact us. A wider reach will give the best chance of reuniting him with his owner. Thank you in advance ♥️
