So we had this handsome fella visit us for the first time at the Helix today 😍 His name is Duke and he's a short haired German Shepherd 💙 Granny said he loved it and now smells lovely 😁🙌 She said he normally gets showered at home, but our wash was so much easier👍👍We think Reilly looks a wee bit envious, don't you?🤭 Maybe next time Reilly 🙏😂😂 Thanks so much for sending us pics and your kind words Granny. We hope you will come back to visit us again 💦🐶🐾

**BACK ON 😁**
Hi guys. Just a wee heads up to let you know that the Helix Dog Wash will be CLOSED on Monday 24th and Tuesday 25th March. This is due to the ongoing road improvements around Helix Park and Falkirk Stadium and the requirement of Scottish Water to turn off the mains water supply for 48 hours. Remember Callendar Park Dog Wash will be open as usual for any mucky pups that need us 😁💦🐶🐾

Gorgeous Skye got a bit muddy running around the Helix. Mum said our dog wash was well needed 💦🐶 We're always happy to be of service and love that we can make life a little easier for both our human and canine customers 😁🐾

Lovely comments from Islay's mum....
"Islay loves a bath at home, but is a bit too big for lifting in and out! Not quite sure how she felt about her new 'bath', but she definitely smelled better afterwards, and her coat was lovely and soft. She wasn't a fan of the drier though! 🐕🐶"
Isn't she just a wee doll 💕😍 Hopefully she'll get used to the drier in time. We definitely want to see that gorgeous wee face again 🩷😁💦

Woohoo!! The sun is out 🌞🙌 Both parks are so busy today with dogs everywhere 🐶🐕 Spring is definitely just around the corner 😁😎 Are you there now? Sisters Rowan and Corrie had their halos firmly on at the Helix 😇 - no jumping out today 🤭🤣 Just happy smiley faces 😍🐾🐾

"Sisters Rowan and Corrie love the Helix Dog Wash so much, they thought they’d try the Callendar Park one. Same brilliant service and a wee run about when they were in the queue. They don’t like the drier though 🙁 so Mum has to dry them and put their house coats on ❤️💙"

Don't be fooled by these two angelic looking beauties........ they jumped out of the wash to run and play with another dog 🤣🤣🤣 We love these comical stories 😍🤭

One of our absolute favourites, gorgeous Kai 🩵😍 His mum really gave him the 5⭐ spa treatment a few weeks ago. First he had a double shampoo. Then he was treated to a 'mud scrub' which mum brought and had to stay on for 10 mins. Then he was back in our wash for his conditioning and blow dry. In mum's words "there was a severe hair explosion, as the mud scrub and blow dry gets all the dead loose hair out"🤣🤣 Yes we know........we found the remnants of Kai's hair in the tub the next day 🙈😂😂 Anyway you can see the results - pearly white and nice fluffy show bum 🤭 And at a fraction of the cost you might pay at a groomer 💦🐶🐾

Stan and Ollie (what great names 🤭) enjoyed a wee walk at the Helix before sharing a bath with us. They are used to being bathed together in the house, but mum's fed up with all the mess, so thought she would try us out 😁 Both these gorgeous guys 💙 enjoyed themselves, so it was smiles all round. So the next time Ollie says "well, that's another fine mess you've gotten us into Stan" mum knows where to take them 😉💦🐶🐾

Both Dog Washes Are Open

Temperatures are up a wee bit, so we're now NOT planning to switch the machines off overnight 🙌😁 Have a great weekend guys 🐶💦🐾💃🥂

So it looks like there's more cold weather on the way folks❄️🥶❄️ As the freezing temperatures are forecast to be mainly overnight/early morning, we're going to try and keep both dog washes open, but with restricted hours. We plan to be open 12-5pm each day, unless the cold starts playing havoc with the machines again 🙈 You know where we are if you have any questions 💦🐶🐾

Say hello to Woody 💙 This gorgeous boy had his first wash with us at the weekend 💦 He's terrified of the bath/shower at home, but loved our dog wash 😁🙌 much to his owners pleasant surprise 🤭 Apparently he still smells amazing, even though he's been jumping in some muddy puddles since.....he is a "golden" after all 🙈🤣🤣 Unfortunately for Woody, he has to travel in the car to get to us and gets very car sick 😞 I said I would mention that on here, incase anyone has any tips that the owners haven't already tried. TIA 🐶🐾

What about this gorgeous duo 😍😍 Hudson, the 4 month old Bernese pup 🩵 and 6 year old retriever, Jaxon 💙 Both were very good 😇 Not only did they get a wash, but they had a bit of a groom too......with mummy and daddy even managing to get some of Jaxon's underneath matted bits out 😁🪮🙌 They have told us the washes were well worth the money and that they will all be back to see us again....yaay 😁🐾💦🐕
