Prepare to fall in love!
This is GFS Zephyra, a shimmering, glimmering apparition and a manifestation of equine beauty at it's finest. It was a bitter sweet weekend and a little confronting as we said goodbye to five very special faces and are facing the reality and gradual dissolution of what feels like a lifetimes dreams and ambition.
The yard seems so much emptier and it is actually very sad. But, I am so very fortunate that the most incredible homes have been found now for so many of the horses and their futures assured with some wonderful new owners.
Pepper and Charisma were among the leavers this time and I am delighted to report that they will remain together. They left with their spectacular foals at foot.
We managed one last photo shoot before they left and I would like to share a few of the photos of Charisma and her absolutely sensational c**t. This super boy is a full brother to GFS Mikado who stands and competes in the US where he was Approved by Oldenburg. Breeding is Trakehner with 25% Akhal Teke and 25% Kinsky for good measure and guaranteed versatility, stamina and exceptional temperament. Charisma is by the Advanced eventing Trakehner stallion Camaro!
As you can see from the photos that not only is he hugely athletic, a great mover and incredibly beautiful, but he is very well put together and potentially a serious stallion prospect as well as a future ridden horse of immense talent. Regretfully, his new owner will be offering him for sale as a c**t is not what she needs at this time despite his caliber and quality. This means that somebody is about to get very lucky!! It was a sleepy kind of day today! With the rain thundering down in the roof and the paddocks likely to turn into icy cold mud baths; I had some very satisfied BnB’rs in for the day!

I now believe perfection exists!
I have never been more mesmerized by a foal and this filly just has me watching and admiring far longer than I have time for!
GFS....its's going to have to be special!!! She is poetry in motion, confident, classy, athletic, agile and utterly glorious in every conceivable way. Please don't anybody ask me about her as a broodmare; this filly is going to be a star in whatever discipline her lucky, lucky owner wants to ride at, win at and definitely be seen at!

The utterly glorious and inimitable GFS Fire and Ice.
Ice is our beautiful stallion and the sire of the majority of the GFS foals. He now has offspring on every continent and they are all adored for their sensational temperaments and exceptional versatility and suitability for any rider due to their gentle natures and incredible trainability under saddle.
Ice stands at 16.3hh, he is Graded with the AES and is a consistent producer of the type of offspring that most of us dream of.
He is a double dilute, perlino leopard spot and is guaranteed to produce palomino, buckskin or the glorious smoky black, there is a 50% chance of his foals having a spotted coat pattern and a high percentage of his foals inherit his iridescent sheen too!
Ice is available with us for the next few months and any NFFR terms will be honoured in the terms of his sales contract.

Another massively exciting update and another rare beauty!
This is the wonderful GFS Amorina Ballerina!
This superb yearling filly is actually half sister to the exquisite double dilute filly that I featured earlier this week. Both are out of the divine GFS Arabesque, but this little stunner is by the late GFS Eskimo Jo.
Amorina is the happiest filly, she is full of fun, very affectionate and always engaged. She has been a delight to handle from day one and is a quick and eager learner.
Not only is she exceptionally pretty, but she is absolute magic to watch move; she is so expressive, naturally uphill, elevated and so incredibly nimble. I can see this lovely youngster eating up a technical cross country course, floating around a dressage arena or sailing over the hugest oxers and uprights with the most ambitious show jumper!
Simply put, if you are a seriously ambitious rider looking for a magical youngster with oodles of potential, a sensational temperament and the looks of an equine supermodel, this might be your girl!

A living dream!
We were celebrating this handsome c**ts arrival three years ago and I still haven't yet been able to part with him!
GFS Equinox (GFS Illuminati ex GFS Eskimo Jo x the amazing jumping mare Dolanda (Ultimo x Wellington)
He is now standing at over 16.2hh, an absolute powerhouse, oozing style and confidence as you can see. His temperament is that of a saint and in my opinion most definitely a future star in the making; should be on the silver screen, but more probably in the jumping ring...!

The most wonderful thing happened!
I have been away from the farm due to family business and look what happened in my absence; Arabesque decided to foal three weeks early!
I have returned to the most exquisite, exceptional and utterly breathtakingly beautiful double dilute filly sired by GFS Fire and Ice.
I think she is a smoky cream, but whatever her official colouration, I could not be more delighted or more excited by her sheer quality. This little lady can move, at 24 hours old she was running running rings around her gorgeous mother and demonstrating both blinding speed and the balance of an acrobat. She is also showing all of the grace of a gazelle and the expressive style of a prima ballerina,
I am both thunderstruck and wonderstruck by this sensational filly and I feel it fair to warn everyone that the photos and video footage will be endless for this one!

Wishing everybody a 'bucking' good bank holiday weekend x
I will be spending some time taking more photos in the glorious sunshine and loose jumping the remaining youngsters ready for their sales photos and video.
We have some absolute humdingers for anyone in search of a super two year old with an abundance of talent and sensational temperaments; they are pretty good looking too!
