👻🎃 BOO! Our team has been taken over by ghosts! 🎃👻

Something spooky has been happening at the practice today… our team have swapped their scrubs for sheets and turned into some rather friendly ghosts! 👻😂

We couldn’t resist getting into the Halloween spirit, so here are some of our ghostly team members ready to haunt the practice! 🕷️🕸️

Don’t worry though… we promise we’re still here to look after all your pets — even if we look a little scary! 🐾❤️

🎃 Happy Halloween from everyone at Exeter Veterinary Surgery! 🎃

🎆🐾 Helping pets feel safe on Firework Night 🐾🎆

Firework night can be exciting for us, but loud bangs and bright flashes can be frightening for our pets. Here are a few ways to help them feel calm and secure:

🏠 Keep cats indoors and make sure dogs are safely inside before fireworks begin.
🛋️ Create a quiet, comfortable hiding place with familiar bedding and toys.
🎶 Close curtains and windows, and use gentle background noise to help muffle the sounds.
🐕 Walk dogs earlier in the day and keep them on a lead, even in familiar areas.

📞 If your pet becomes very anxious, please speak to our veterinary team in advance for advice and support.

With a little preparation, we can help make Firework Night less stressful for our furry friends. 🥰🐾

🐾💙 A little bit of TLC for Bailey 💙🐾

Our Registered Veterinary Nurse, Kathryn, giving Bailey some well-deserved cuddles following his recent investigations for weight loss. 🥰

Bailey has been a very good patient throughout his investigations, and sometimes there’s nothing better than some quiet cuddles and reassurance after a visit to the vets. 🐶💙

🐾 CAT FOUND – BRIAR CRESCENT, EXETER 🐾

Sadly, we have had a cat handed in to Exeter Veterinary Surgery who has unfortunately passed away.

He is an adult, unneutered male, mainly white with a black tail and some black markings on his face. Unfortunately, he is not microchipped.

We are hoping to locate his owner so that they can be informed. If you think he may be your cat, or you know someone who may be missing a cat matching this description, please contact Exeter Veterinary Surgery on 01392491838

Please share to help us reach his family
