Exactly the kind of energy I needed.

Next time he’s in, I might have to ask what he’s listening to... because whatever it is, I definitely need that playlist in my life! 💛✨

“How can I prepare my dog for their 1st groom?”

This is a question I’m asked a lot. Truth is your puppy’s (or dog’s) first ever groom isn’t about achieving the perfect haircut, it’s about helping them feel safe, relaxed and confident.

You can make a huge difference at home with short regular positive sessions. Rewarding calm behaviour is key.

Ive just shared a few small tips in this video that I have found work. If your puppy or dog seems worried, make it easier and end on a good note.

The idea is to build confidence. A little preparation at home can help them arrive at the salon feeling more confident and make the experience much more enjoyable.

1st dental clean today 🐾🐶🦷🪥

This beautiful little lady had her first proper teeth cleaning session and was completely brilliant!

As she accepted the process so well we can now incorporate it into her regular grooming sessions 🤩

I must point out that I offer this process using an Emmi-pet ultrasonic toothbrush and is only for regular maintenance and prevention. It does not replace a vet’s professional dental treatment.

We are pleased to be able to offer this service to our dogs at our salon which is based near Evesham and Pershore 🥰🐾

This groom gave him his bounce back!

When a dog’s coat gets to this point there is only ever one option for me…..clip him short and start again. Your dog will definitely thank you for organising it!

The relief this little chap would feel from getting rid of the matting would be immense.

Do you have a dog with an epic wig?

This beautiful spaniel has the most amazing silky soft hair! His mum brushes through his ears very regularly between grooms which makes an enormous difference.

When the sales lady promises magic!

I had the perfect little lady to try out this epic claim!

The most beautiful Old English Sheepdog who tends to get matted legs came in for a groom.

I can honestly say I agree with the “Bannish” lady’s magic conditioner claim! It was really super and I’ll definitely be using it regularly.

Matt free and super soft and fluffy! Happy dog, happy customer and happy groomer! 🤩🐾🐾✂️
