21 years ago, this little lady made her entrance into the world and life has never been the same since ❤️

From the very beginning Daisy, you’ve showed determination (no surprises there… clearly strong women run in the family!). As a child you were sweet, a little bit bossy (poor Fin and the doggies), wonderfully thoughtful, and always had a strong sense of what was right.
Now at 21, you have held onto all of those qualities and more with just the right amount of independence (although living 3 hours away isn’t my favourite!) and of course, the feisty family spirit added in.
So proud of the person you’ve become ._.edwards

Why do we microchip our dogs?
Microchipping your dog is a simple yet crucial step in ensuring their safety and well-being. A microchip, about the size of a grain of rice, is implanted under your dog’s skin and contains a unique identification number that can be scanned by a vet or shelter. If your dog ever gets lost or stolen, a microchip greatly increases the chances of a safe return by linking your pet to your contact information.

It is a legal requirement for dogs to be microchipped under the Microchipping of Dogs (England) Regulations 2015.

Key points of the law:
All dogs over 8 weeks old must be microchipped.
The dog’s keeper must ensure that the microchip details are registered with an approved database and kept up to date.
Failure to comply can result in a £500 fine.
This law was introduced to improve animal welfare, make it easier to reunite lost dogs with their owners, and to hold irresponsible dog owners accountable.

Here at Hounds of Harvington, we ensure all of our puppies are microchipped before they leave for their forever homes as we are qualified implanters.
Rest assured, we do everything by the book here!

W***y is our beloved non fading red poodle He is well proven having produced 5 litters so far. He is 11 inches tall and is KC registered and health tested for: Degenerative myelopathy Gangliosidosis Neonatal encephalopathy Osteochondrodysplasia Progressive retinal atrophy Von Willebrand Disease W***y has a very caring and sensitive nature and will only mate with the girls if they are ready. There’s no greater feeling than helping those in need. Since I’ve rescued these two, I’ve often wondered what would’ve happened to them if I hadn’t have got there first! Together we can all make such a impactful difference by doing something, even if it’s just a little bit. ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Well, 2024 has been another year of adventure for us at Hounds of Harvington! Full of fun, mischief, tears and joy!
We’ve spread more love around the UK and beyond to the many happy families who have become part of our family. Every single one of you are loved and appreciated by us for giving our precious pups wonderful homes and memories ❤️
We would like to say a massive thank you for following our adventures and offering support in times of difficulties.
We are always here as a listening ear if you need anything - it’s not just puppy love we provide here. It’s warmth and kindness too as we all need more of that don’t we ❤️
