I can't believe it will soon be a year since we opened Woodland Dog Field
We've had a terrific first year and welcomed so many visitors.
Of course we are always looking for new ideas and ways to help things run smoothly and have decided on a couple of changes.
We have had a few issues with time keeping at changeover of sessions. Having thought about the options, we've decided to have a 5 minutes gap between sessions. This should allow one user to leave the car park before the next user drives in. So from 1st September the booking system will be updated to show sessions of either 25 minutes or 55 minutes.
A few people have asked about block bookings. We are going to be offering a block booking discount which we are planning from later in September.
As many of you know, there are some muddy puddles near the perimeter. We've already planted some trees which should help in certain areas. Now we are planning on planting at least one big puddle with reeds to form a mini wetland area. We'll be growing the reeds from seed at the nursery and all being well planting them in spring.
