Hi Everyone, my apologies for not posting in a while. We’ve had a lot going on here at the ‘madhouse’ ! I have a business announcement so please read fully and thank you in advance. After 5 long years in business working 7 days a week, I’m looking forward to some family time ❤️🐾
As many of you already know, on August 30th my Nana will be moving into our annex for the unforeseeable future. As she requires some level of care this means I will be limited to 1 dog (or family of dogs) any time.
I will still be accepting boarding bookings but this is a polite request to book well in advance for future bookings
I am also still available for Doggy Day Care (again limited availability whilst my nana moves in and we build a new facility for Day Care)
I will no longer be accepting new clients in the busy months (May-August) to assure availability to my regular and loyal customers. Without you this business would never have been possible so I’d like to thank you all for your continued support and patience as we’ve grown and changed over the years !
As of the 25th of August I will be unavailable for 2 weeks for dog boarding clients just whilst I get my Nana settled in and comfortable here, and I will only be accepting a single booking at any time, this means 1 or 2 (up-to 3) dogs from the same household per time afterwards.
I want to thank everybody for supporting me through many years of business, following me from my first home & being the best customers ! This isn’t goodbye but I will be much more limited on availability for the foreseeable future so to make sure you secure a booking for your holidays please try to schedule with me in advance as possible.
For bookings already confirmed please do not worry, your dog is still booked in and your deposit is secure
