A fashion show is being arranged at Rampton Village Hall on Saturday 20th June, 3-5pm, £7 a ticket.
Fundraising for our rescue and Doris Banham rescue.

🐱 Kitten Season has hit with a bang!

Kitten season is always a challenge in rescue, the UK has so many non-neutered strays that the result is inevitable.🥲

Earlier this week we were full, we only have 4 cat pens, and were housing an elderly cat, a lovely young female who is reserved awaiting adoption and 2 mummy cats and their litters.

On Thursday we got a desperate call from a house clearance to say 4 young kittens had been found without a mum living in the garden, we then received a subsequent call to say a second litter had been found. These kittens were starving, ravaged with ill health & desperately in need of help. We could not say No !

We have taken these 2 additional litters of kittens ( assembled temporary pens 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️) and will do everything we can to get them to health. They have a long way to go and we will be seeking veterinary advice tomorrow.

If you have a few pounds to pay off our vet bill, a spare box of kitten food or bag of cat litter we would be most grateful 🙏. Details in the comments.

If you are considering adopting a kitten we have 2 litters available to meet, one ready for adoption early August & the other early September ( the picture is of one of our available kittens).

Thank you Milly Bradford 🙏

As part of Milly’s Duke of Edinburgh award she chose to fundraise for BARK. Milly did an incredible job, she employed some highly creative skills to make dog items and then sell them.

Milly generated an amazing £265 for our rescue 🎉🎉🎉.

We welcomed Milly, her mum and her sister to the rescue to show them the great work we do. Gracie greyhound was only too pleased to be the visit host.

This absolutely adorable face is RiRi

RiRi is a young girl, we estimate she is between 10 months and a year old. She will be chipped, neutered, flea’d and wormed before adoption.

RiRi is a very friendly girl who just wants someone to interact with her, stroke her and give her fuss. She can live as either an indoor or outdoor cat.
