The 1 acre stabled livery space below is available. The winter paddock is sheltered and hasn’t yet been grazed. There is a seperate summer 1 acre paddock, modern stables, tack room/feed room, off road hacking, floodlit sandschool and 6 months hay/straw.

After last week’s snow it was a beautiful sight to see the horses moved across into winter fields and greener pastures.
Now I think we are all asking Santa for a dry snow free Christmas 🎅 ❄️

A great sat for the coleburn bunch. Morning showjumping at Mundole, bringing home a couple of rosettes and moving up to the bigger classes - well done proud of you both.
Followed by some bribery of food and cider, to put the team to work building some new cross country fences. A bit of paint today and a couple to finish and we should be up and running by the end of the day. More than a few splinters along the way but definitely worth it.
