🌈 We’re celebrating a moment of recognition!

Although we didn’t take home the trophy, being nominated for the LGBTQ+ Inclusion and Accessibility in the Workplace award was a huge honour and something we're incredibly proud of.

A huge thank you to Hart Gables for hosting the event and for the incredible work they do supporting LGBTQ+ people across Teesside and East Durham through advocacy, support services, training and community engagement. We're proud to stand alongside organisations working to create safer, more inclusive communities.

Some people quietly make everything better — and Alex is one of them. ✨

She supports clients, keeps the team organised, brings warmth and humour into the room, and somehow manages to make the office feel calmer just by being in it.

We’re so proud of her, and so lucky to have her as part of Wynyard TLC.
