NO stock is to be taken from the store until payment has been completed at the till.
This is for ALL our stores.
We will not accept aggressive behaviour towards any of our staff who are simply trying to implement this procedure.
You wouldn’t load your car at Tesco then come in to pay - so likewise it’s not acceptable with us.
Failure to adhere to this will result in you being asked to no longer shop with us.

The Feed Warehouse is a family owned and run business which has been operating as a feed merchant since the early 1990’s. Previous to this, back in the 1960’s on wards, we were poultry farmers with over 4,000 hens producing eggs for the local area. Eddie founded the company and traded under the ‘Eggy Shell’ name with his Son, Sean, re-branding the company in 2009 as ‘The Feed Warehouse’. Sean is now at the helm steering the company into new and exciting directions.
We have 2 Warehouses based in Consett and Durham. Find us at Browney, County Durham DH7 8HX, Delves Lane, Consett DH7 8JU. With over 10,000 bags of pet feed currently in stock at our Durham and Consett warehouses, as well as bedding and a host of accessories, The Feed Warehouse is your ‘one stop’ shop for all your pet needs.

We also offer free delivery on any bulk orders. All our staff are trained to help and even load your car for you. Please feel free to come and have a browse in one of our stores. We buy in bulk and pass the discounts on directly to you.
Why shop local? We actively support local charities, events and goodwill causes. In 2019 we gave away over £10,000 in the North East.
