🐾 Cancellation Policy 🐾
At Absolute Dogs, we understand that plans can change. To help us provide the best possible service for all of our wonderful clients and their pups, we kindly ask that you take note of our cancellation policy:
✨ 48 Hours' Notice
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 48 hours' notice.
💸 Late Cancellations
Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice, but more than 24 hours before the appointment, may be subject to a cancellation fee.
🚫 No-Shows
Failure to attend an appointment without any notice will result in deposit needed before booking any future appointments or full payment may be due if this is a regular occurrence.
Your understanding and cooperation allow us to offer appointment availability to other clients and continue providing the highest standard of care for all our furry friends. 🐶💕
