Today I got back to milking my lovely Golden Guernseys 🐐

💜They have amazing characters!
💜Produce the creamiest milk 😍
💜I love a cuddle off them

I might of had to have a 3 hour Power Nap after but it was worth it to see them. I can now manage the smell of goats 💪🏼👌

We have also made hay & hayliage this week so they got a yummy treat with some home grown hay.

The dogs had a bowl of goats milk as a lunch time treat. Happy animals all round 🤩

We have some exciting news! 🤩⭐️

We have a permanent teaching place this is where our 121, classes and workshops are being held! 😍😍😍

(For those that have been with me for a while, it’s where I used to teach)

Our weekly (Wednesday) beginners agility (5pm), life Skills (6pm), gundog (7pm) classes are held here!

We are opening up all classes so this is the time to join! 😍🤩 This also includes our Scent Hurdling workshop (12-2pm, Wednesday).

A night of mantrailing! ⭐️🤩

Scent hurdlers in Hexham have been enjoying a bit of Mantrailing 🤩

This is where your dog takes the scent from an item of clothing (the person that is hiding) and then finds that person following their scent trail. It’s pretty cool!

If you fancy having a go at this we have a workshop for any ability on Sunday at Slaley Woods 1-3pm. Interested? Drop us a message 💜

We have exciting workshops and courses coming up in the next 2 weeks 🤩⭐️

🥰Puppies! We are running our monthly puppy workshop this weekend! Do you need help with recall and growing focus around other puppies! We will be adding in heel walking this month too!

😍😍 Do you like the idea of harnessing your dog’s sniffing ability to find people in the woods?! Well mantrailing is for you and your dog! Your dog will quickly learn how to search and find people just by using an item of clothing from that person! This is such a cool activity for you and your dog- there is one dog working at a time so suitable for all dogs!

😍😍😍 I’m very excited to offer a brand new agility course in Corbridge! So if you fancy having a go at agility then here is your chance! There are limited spaces on this course.

😍😍😍😍 Scent Hurdling workshop- a new dog sport in the UK that combines scent work, jumping and retrieve skills. This workshop runs every other week- come along and try it out!

Last day away! 🤩

It’s been great to get away and spend lots of time with the dogs training and chilling, with Mike and friends and the best part competing with Tide and River 😍

After a disastrous start to my holiday (truck broke down and I was waiting for the AA on the side of the motorway for 7 hours)

Nicki and Simon came and collected my caravan and dogs. Then Mike came and got me after my truck was recovered and took me to Rutland Showground. Thank you everyone.

I enjoyed a day of dog training!
Spirit had her first go at mantrailing- she was a little star! ⭐️

Another day of chilling with the dogs tomorrow then agility competition starts 😍⭐️

Firstly, I’m out of the office until next Sunday! 🤩

Secondly, this is the reason I’ve been so ill. Gosh it’s rough but Mike and I are looking forward to having a human addition to the team next year.

Wonder if it’s like training dogs 🤣😉

P.s. couldn’t fit all the dogs on 😳🤣

We enjoyed a fun filled day paddle boarding and kayaking with the dogs yesterday! 🤩

Loch Ken was a lovely place to do this. The car park was really close to the water and in the shade too!

Day two of our activity holiday is complete 💜

Over the past two days both dogs and owners have enjoyed gundog skills, agility training, scent and scent hurdling.

We finished the day with a scent hurdling competition- is was a success! 🤩

Onto day 3 tomorrow where we go kayaking and paddle boarding with the dogs 💜
