No-Show Appointments
I’m really sorry to have to post this, but I need to address an increase in missed appointments this week.
I completely understand that January can be a difficult time, however as a small business, missed appointments have a significant impact. When an appointment isn’t attended, it’s often not possible to fill that slot at short notice, which results in lost income.
If you’re unable to attend your appointment, I kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice, which allows me the opportunity to offer the space to another client.
Please note that appointments missed without notice will still be chargeable, as the time has been reserved especially for you.
If no-shows continue, I may need to introduce deposits for future bookings. This is something I have tried to avoid, particularly for my regular clients, but unfortunately missed appointments from new bookings have made this necessary to consider.
