We have fabulous hacking, indoor exercise area with lights, barn stables with rubber mats, exercise included.

I have some very exciting news to share......

We have a new livery moving in soon - we are yet to set an official move in date, but that's one stable off the market!

Reserved for Nova ❤️. Can't wait to meet her - I love creating a new fluffy bed and prepping stables 😁.
What a lovely Christmas present 🎁.

So only 4 stables left and hopefully a 2nd is reserved for a special sales livery......be quick to reserve yours as I'm hoping they won't be available for long.
Part livery starts at £125 per week, including hay and bedding plus loads of important services! £145 per week to include schooling/exercise.

I'll be having some downtime with family for Christmas so tomorrow is my last day at the yard until the other side of Christmas, viewings can be booked on 31st December and then from 5th January.

What a disgusting day today!! How is there still rain falling?!

Everyone went out for some exercise today - weird verdicts from the horses today......

- Albert was the perfect boy going out and in..... unusual in wind and rain! His inner hippo must have been thankful to wash the 💩 off his head 😆.

- Bella, not impressed, how dare I think it was acceptable she wanted to go out in the rain....even though her usual morning greetings said she wanted to go out.....she really did not once she saw the weather and I had the indecency not to tell her before depositing her in her paddock 🫣!

- Rowley stuck on Frosty sitting duty, 🙄, complaints were vocal but he had haylage so not actually worth much of a mention.....when his turnout time arrived- stood under a bush after a mooch about....then protest bouncy canter to ask Flannigan's opinion on the situation 😆.

- Flannigan aka Flan the Man - what rain?! There's grass guys - nomy nomy nom!!

- Falcon happy to have a leg stretch...not hundred percent about rain in the ears....checked on Bella, checked on Rowley....mmm, grass.... should I be concerned as Bella says yes.....meh, grass!

I brought Falcon in for the farrier and asked Bella if she'd had enough and she told me abso blooming lootly!!!! So they all came in to lovely clean beds and full nets 🤗.

Horses have opinions too and it's not always let's stay out all day and play..... sometimes they prefer a duvet day too ❤️

Absolutely love this company, beautiful products and a certain 3 quarter zip in rust is on my Christmas list 😉.

I do love having a banner up for training as it teaches horses to expect something unusual but then hopefully realise it doesn't move, doesn't hurt and therefore just is.....

I am hoping to decorate for Christmas today 😁. Need a dash of tinsel to get through dark days!

Thought I'd share an example of my training methods...... this is my best silly boy, Fred! He's 17.3hh sport horse, dislikes blackbirds and big leaves......loves liquorice and biteys game!!
Having silly moments with your horse creates a calm mind and opens their eyes to random noises and visions so life isn't as scary for them 😃. Life isn't quiet and we can't control the unknown, all we can do is teach them it's ok and to trust the craziness 🤣✨.

What a soggy day - hope everyone is staying dry?

Just letting you know I have a covered riding area for use of liveries 😁 - all year round, no need to worry if it's too wet, windy or cold
Jumps and poles also included - and I can coach you in there too!! Let me know if you'd like to book a lesson (discounted for liveries).

My livery packages;

🐴 5 days Part livery, no riding - £125 a week or £541 a month.
🦄 5 days Part livery, including riding - £145 a week or £628 a month.

🎁 7 Days Full livery, including riding - £200 a week or £866 a month.
🎠7 days Full livery, no riding - £185 a week or £801 a month.

✨ 7 days retirement livery, including enrichment - £185 a week or £801 a month.

🏇 Backing/schooling/breaking livery - £250 a week. (Can be adapted into full fitness training package). Or £1083 per month.

All my livery packages include large barn stables with rubber mats, constant access hay, shavings beds, individual or shared turn out, full use of all facilities including farm rides and refreshments, tack room, knowledge and expertise of on site physio as well as British Horse Society Accredited Professional Coach.
Sums are calculated for the whole year so you know where you are with your budget.

And besides that it's just a wonderful place to be - simple, peaceful and professionally run yard.
