The devastating news today is yet another stark reminder that none of us are promised tomorrow, and to make the most of every minute of every day. Don’t waste time harassing and bullying; if you have the time to do that, you aren’t making the most of your own life. Say please, thank you, and most of all, sorry. We only get the one shot on this earth.
Edit: for those not involved with Eventing, there was a tragic rider death at Aston yesterday evening.
Edit 2: For clarification, this is a photo of myself and beautiful Johnnie at the trot up at Hartpury 3* exactly 4 years ago (came up in FB memories) and not related to yesterday’s tragedy; I didn’t expect this post to generate as much traffic, so in case there are people who don’t know me/my page and think it is associated.
