Okay, so again, I may need some advice, I have recently been very sad to see some people selling our UK native jumping spiders Zebra Jumping Spiders, I have always been of the opinion that they do not do well in captivity, and need to spend time in vast outdoor spaces, with brick and greenery. I hope if you see this not to purchase them. I feel someone has taken advantage of the heatwave and them coming out more into the open. 😞 If anyone else knows differently please let me know, but I feel someone’s looking for some quick money, and it’s going to cost lots of little lives 😞

Today I am heading down to the Bournemouth Bug Show! 🕷️
I’m not exhibiting or trading, but I wanted to come along and support some amazing local businesses and members of the invertebrate community. One business I always love recommending is Small World Reptiles in New Milton. I get a lot of my feeders from them, and every time I visit, the animals are healthy, well cared for, and the team are always friendly and knowledgeable.
There will be exhibitors attending from across the country, so whether you're already into invertebrates, reptiles, exotic pets, or you're simply curious, it’s a great event to visit. If you're in the local area, pop down and show some support. Tickets are very reasonably priced, and I believe children are free.
