When the temperatures rise, our ponies’ wellbeing always comes first ☀️🐴
Here’s how we keep our ponies cool, comfortable, and happy during hot weather:
💧 Plenty of fresh water available at all times
🌳 Access to shade throughout the day
🚿 Regular hosing off to help them cool down
🌲 Shorter rides, staying in shaded areas only
⏸️ Long breaks between rides
🧺 Untacked between rides with water, hay, and plenty of rest
🌅 Only working 2–3 mornings a week, with full days off in between
🌡️ No work at all when temperatures go above 30°C
First and foremost, our ponies are beloved pets and family members. Their comfort, health, and happiness will always come before anything else ❤️🐴
