I was contacted by a mental health charity asking if I would be able to support a campaign they were currently doing, of course I said!
If it’s not you personally having experienced mental health problems you’ll certainly know someone who has since 1 in 4 of us will experience this at some point in our lives.
Our mental health is just as important as our physical health!
I have a few of these posters if anyone would like one for a shop or notice board please let me know
