☀️ Warm weather ☀️

It goes without saying that I will always have the dogs best interests especially in hot weather, here are my protocols for said weather.

If doable (under 23° before 8am) my early morning dog park slot will go ahead as the park has ample shade & a water pool.

After 23° walks will be switched to visits if needed by owners.

Water is available at all times by myself including special travel bowls in the car.

When dogs are dropped home fresh water is given in their own bowls.

I asses each dogs suitability to be out on walks in warmer weather, for example older dogs & brachycephalic breeds will not be walked!

Reminder to check your pets for ticks!
I’ve just removed this dirty little creature from our spaniel Daisy.
We do keep up to date with flea & tick treatment but sometimes they still find a way to latch on!
