Here's a lovely message I got this morning concerning one of our Strabane colleagues, Laura.
Laura is our resident cat expert and all round animal enthusiast!!!

Hi there 👋

I just wanted to give a big shoutout to one of your amazing staff members Laura in the Strabane store 🐾

My cat had a litter of kittens last night and one was born with a big wound on his back 💔 I was straight to the vet this morning and afterwards called into your shop for our weekly food run. I was really hoping Laura would be in as I’ve chatted to her before about cats, and luckily she was.

She honestly put my mind more at ease than the vet did. Laura came out to see the little kitten and even though she isn’t a vet, she had the same opinion as them. Her kind words and enthusiasm gave me so much hope and I left the shop with a smile on my face instead of tears 😊💖

The little guy is still so tiny and it’s early days but thanks to Laura I feel more positive. She and the whole Strabane team are always so friendly and helpful 🥰

So grateful for them all, especially Laura today 😁🌟
