If you need to get in touch, please WhatsApp or call me on 07814 435970.

It looks like my contact number is currently incorrect on Google and my website, as a few people have tried reaching me on a different number. I’m working on getting this updated as quickly as possible, but it’s proving a bit of a minefield!

Sorry for the inconvenience!

This little cutie is Sonny who is nearly 2 years old and comes to hydrotherapy to keep fit and strong. Starting dogs young with hydro is such a great way to get them comfortable and confident in the water, making it so much easier if they ever need it later in life.

Hydrotherapy is fantastic for building muscle in a non weight-bearing environment, meaning less strain on joints while still getting an effective workout. It’s not just for rehabilitation either, it’s brilliant for prevention, helping keep dogs strong, balanced, and less prone to injury.

Sonny is doing amazing, he has mastered going into the pool and stepping off the ramp all by himself!

(Don’t be fooled by the puppy dog eyes, he does enjoy his sessions - he just is wanting the liver paste behind the camera 🤣)

🐾 Meet Mika 🐾

Mika is just 2 years old and comes to us to help build muscle and manage his elbow dysplasia 💪

After having an arthroscopy at just 1 year old, hydrotherapy has been a fantastic way to support his recovery and keep him strong, comfortable, and happy in himself.

He’s one of the biggest dogs we swim… but don’t let his size fool you, he’s the gentlest boy ever! A big baby at heart who absolutely loves a cuddle, a kiss, and his favourite toy chicken 🐔💙

We absolutely adore him!

Can anyone guess what breed he is? 👀
HINT: he’s made up of 3 different breeds (that we know of!) 😆

Is your dog stiff when they get up or slowing down generally? Have they been diagnosed with Osteoarthritis? Do they struggle to do things they used to find easy like going upstairs/jumping on the sofa?

Hydrotherapy may help! 💦

Hydrotherapy is a very low impact, controlled exercise that can:

🔹Build muscles safely
🔹Improve mobility strength and confidence
🔹Reduce joint pain and stiffness

Many dogs find hydrotherapy calming, comfortable and fun. 😌

If you would like to know if Hydrotherapy might help your dog get in touch. We are always happy to chat and answer any questions you may have.

Orla 💜

To say Orla enjoys coming swimming is an understatement…

Orla comes to us to help support her elbows as she has Degenerative Joint Disease (DJD). Hydrotherapy helps keep her joints moving, supports her muscles and keeps her feeling her best.

Now… her entrance into the pool? Let’s just say she arrives like a bomb about to go off! We are working on teaching Orla that calm and controlled is the way forward, even if she is just a little bit excited!

And don’t even get us started on toys… Orla must choose her own toy, and if you dare to touch one before she’s decided, that automatically becomes the one she needs immediately! 🎾

We absolutely adore her and love seeing her so happy and confident in the water.

Well done, Orla, we wouldn’t have you any other way!

This tiny package of perfect curls is Barney. He ruptured his cruciate ligament in October and after surgery and the required rest afterwards he was left with some muscle atrophy. Hydrotherapy is an excellent post surgery rehab technique and has helped rebuild his muscles and improved his hind leg movement. If we gave out gold stars for good behaviour Barney would have won them all. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

If you think Hydrotherapy could help your dog with rehabilitation after surgery give us a call. We are always happy to chat and answer any questions you have.

Pretty Isla is 10 and was diagnosed with Hip Dysplasia last year. She started Hydrotherapy to help build muscle to support her hip joints and her owners are really seeing the difference. She’s now much more stable on her hind legs and is able to patrol the garden and bark at walkers again. Isla is a typical border collie and likes to do things in the correct order every week. If we deviate from the correct order, at all, she will not swim! Despite Rachel working with Isla from the start she is completely obsessed with Alicia and will squeal with happiness if she comes into the pool room. Rachel is not upset by that at all.

If you think Hydrotherapy could help your dog get in touch. We are always happy to chat and answer any questions you might have.
