📢 Important Update – Cancellation & No-Show Policy
I am now introducing a clear Cancellation & No-Show Policy due to a recent rise in missed appointments and last-minute cancellations. Unfortunately, in just the past week, I’ve lost out on a significant amount of income from no-shows and cancellations.
As a small, one-to-one dog grooming business, missed appointments can’t easily be filled at short notice, and they have a direct impact on my livelihood. Every slot is reserved especially for your dog, and when that time is lost, it can’t be recovered.
To help protect my time and ensure fairness to all clients, the following policy is now in place (please see full details in the post).
