A little bit of info for all cockapoo cavapoo and other poodle x mixes

You may send your dog to the groomers thinking they are all fluffy on top when the base of the coat tells other stories and Is a pelted mess .

These mixes don't cast. Because they don't cast something has to happen to the dead coat so it matts. It is important these breeds are on a regular 6-8 week grooming schedule and they are getting the correct maintainance at home. Welfare is the priority of the owner and these animals should ve brushed daily without fail.

It really upsets me when I have to do a shave down . For me that's not the grooming I want to be doing.

If you require any advice on brushes combs or products please ask .

Grooming isn't just about making the dogs look beautiful its also about the bond with them. Cuddles first came to me over a year ago. He hated grooming hated being picked up and wasn't entirely happy with me. He had to be muzzled throughout his groom. Between myself and my owners we have worked away and what a difference in him. Patience and perseverance really does pay off 🥰
