💪✨ Women & Girls of Sandbach – It’s Time to Play! ✨💪

Need a midweek boost? Come join us at Sandbach Rugby Club every Wednesday evening for fun, fitness, and fantastic company! 🏉

🌸 Girls (12–18 years) – 6pm start
🌸 Women (18+) – 7pm start

Whether you’ve never picked up a rugby ball or you’ve played for years, you’ll be welcomed with open arms. Our sessions are all about:

14th in the World 🌍🥋

I’m proud to share that I placed 14th at the Karate World Championships. While part of me always wants more, I’m genuinely happy with this result — especially considering how little time I was able to dedicate to training due to the demands of my job.

Balancing a full-time career with elite-level sport is no easy feat, and this result reminds me that progress is still possible, even in challenging circumstances.

Now, I’m more motivated than ever to push forward. I’m committed to becoming stronger, refining my technique, and dedicating more time and energy to training.

A heartfelt thank you to everyone who has supported me throughout this journey, your encouragement means the world.

The work continues. 🥋💪

Cheshire Police have teamed up with Motherwell and My CWA to provide FREE 1 hour self-defence sessions aimed to improve confidence and awareness to residents across Cheshire East.

The sessions will look at:
· Holds and Grabs
· Effective Strikes
· Knife defence
· Pins to the floor

We still have spaces available on our Martial Arts Session, which takes place next Tuesday at The Indi Club at Sneyd Green! Join us for a fun and energetic session delivered by the fantastic, Self Defence with Clare! 🙌

The session is FREE to children aged 4 – 16 years as part of the HAF programme and includes a tasty meal. Younger siblings are also welcome to attend.

Please note – As these are family community events, all children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian for the duration of the session.

What can boys and men do to make women feel more comfortable in public.
